A New Duet With Freda Payne

Johnny, Producer Rodrigo Rios, and Freda Payne take a break from recording a duet at Capitol Records in Hollywood.
Johnny had a great time recording a classic duet with Freda Payne for her new album at a recent studio session at Capitol Records in Hollywood, CA.

Johnny will be singing 1 special song from Warwick’s celebrated catalog, as will many other artists paying tribute to this year’s numerous other Lifetime Achievement Award honorees & Special Merit Awards recipients. “GRAMMY Salute To Music Legends®” was recorded for television as part of the “Great Performances” series on PBS, and is set to air on October 18th 2019 at 9 p.m.(check your local listings), and will be available via pbs.org/gperf and the PBS Video app.

POSTPONED – Johnny’s Valentine’s Week Concerts in Seattle & Eugene
Due to the unforeseen inclement weather in the Northwest which has affected travel in multiple states, Johnny Mathis’ performances which were originally slated for February 13, 2019 at The Paramount Theatre, and February 15, 2019 at The Hult Center have both been postponed.
Please hold onto your tickets as they will be valid for the new concert dates.
The new concert dates are as follows:
- Eugene, OR – Hult Center – Friday, April 5, 2019*
- Seattle, WA – Paramount Theatre – Sunday, April 7, 2019**
